they would take profit of the fact that they were estimated dead to furtively plan a payback attack against Max and to stop him from realizing his destructive plans.

Unlike the Medusa of the 1981 clash of the titans movie which didn't have a real face, the Medusa of the 2010 clash of the titans movie has the face of Natalia, which is added to her computer-designed extremely long snake-shaped body:

Medusa is a gorgon. According to Greek mythology, the term gorgon is mostly referred to to designate the three sisters Stheno, Euryale, and Medusa. Unlike Medusa, Stheno and Euryale are immortal. Medusa has the ability to turn to stone anyone who looks at her face. This special "look" that causes people to turn into stone statues is often referred to as the gaze of the gorgon:

According to myths, she may have been a beautiful women before. However, the story of how she became the monster that she is has many variations according to the sources. The stone-turning power of Medusa is the reason why Perseus closes his eyes when he jumps towards her with his sword in the movie. This scene also appears slightly in the trailer but you must be paying attention to details in order to notice it. Perseus also has a mirrored shield that he uses to look at Medusa indirectly. Further on the story, Perseus uses Medusa's head as a weapon, after cutting off her head:

That's how Perseus kills the Kraken in the 1981 movie, and it's probably the same in the remake.

Death At A Funeral

This movie is directed by Neil LaBute and written by Dean Craig. It is set to be released on April 16th, 2010. This movie is an American version of a British movie with the same name "death at a funeral" released in 2007:

The 2007 movie, starring Matthew Macfadyen, Andy Nyman and Alan Tudyk, was directed by Frank Oz and told the story of a British family:

On the other hand, the 2010 movie talks about an American family. However, the characters, the story, and even some of the jokes remain the same:
