The ongoing battle between the cats and the dogs is still present, more than ever. However, this time, it has gotten a step further. Kitty Galore (Bette Midler), a former agent at the MEOW organization, is plotting a major scheme to take over the world, and this time, she is taking it all for herself, leaving everyone including her former cat partners behind to pay the consequences
Facing this type of situation, cats and dogs, rivals from the beginning, don't have any other choice but to join forces in order to defeat Kitty Galore and save themselves, their humans, and the world.
